

Bolognese Pinwheels

Description
The easiest snack or lunch using up leftover bolognese. Great for kids school and afternoon tea too.

Ingredients
- 2–3 cups of leftover bolgonese sauce
- Puff pastry sheets (frozen)
- 50gm grated cheddar cheese
- 1 egg beaten
Instructions
- Preheast oven to 220 degrees celsius and line up to 3 baking trays with paper
- Allow puff pastry sheets to thaw a little
- Spread bolognese sauce over sheets for a nice coverage
- Sprinke over grated cheese
- Roll each sheet up & slice into 5 cm width rounds
- Turn rounds on their sides placing on the trays, brush with egg wash & sprinkle more cheese
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until nice and golden
