I live in Melbourne, Australia with my 3 sons and husband. For years now I have been a little obsessed with food, cooking and recipes. As I meander my way through this glorious life I’ve also come to realize that I enjoy helping people. I’m a giver, a nurturer, an organiser, and a creator.
With a background in marketing and communications it made sense to put some skills into a creative force for good, not evil. So here I am, ready to unleash myself on the world!
This is my happy place where I share mostly “healthier” recipes, less sugar and processed foods. I don’t claim to know everything about nutrition but do my best to balance the good with the “treats”. I also have this “thing” about wasting food so am constantly working on using up what I have in the fridge and pantry.
Running a household can be challenging at times but none more so than meal time. As my boys grow older, they not only eat more but I’m realizing how important it is to provide as many wholesome options as I can.
Our home has always been a place for gatherings so we often host crazy dinner parties and you’ll be sure I share the menus and any other tips that I’ve found useful along the way.
